Your Control Tools
You can set limits on your account at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.
- Deposit limits: Choose daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. These apply immediately. - Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose over a chosen period. Once reached, you cannot place further bets until the next period begins. - Session time limits: Decide how long you can play in one sitting. The system logs you out automatically when the time ends. - Reality checks: Get pop-up reminders showing how long you’ve been playing. You can set these to appear every 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. - Cooling-off periods: Take a break for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account locks instantly, and all active bonuses are paused. - Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself permanently or for a fixed term of at least six months. During this time, you cannot log in, deposit or receive marketing.
Any decrease to an existing limit takes effect right away. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period before they activate.
Warning Signs
Gambling may be becoming a problem if you:
– Spend more than you planned or can afford – Chase losses by betting bigger amounts – Lie to family or friends about how much you gamble – Feel restless or irritable when trying to cut down – Use gambling to escape stress, anxiety or other feelings – Borrow money or sell things to fund gambling
These signs do not mean you are weak or irresponsible. They mean it might be time to speak with someone who can help.
Getting Help
Free and confidential support is available across Australia. You can contact the national gambling helpline Gambling Help Online by phone or live chat. Trained counsellors offer advice, emotional support and referrals to local services. Their number is 1800 858 858. You can also visit their website for resources and self-help tools.
Protecting Minors
SirBetAlot is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We verify age and identity during registration using official documents. If you share a computer or device with under-18s, consider installing blocking software such as Net Nanny or K9 Web Protection. These tools restrict access to gambling sites and help keep young people safe.
Account Rules
Only one account per person is allowed. You must be physically located in Australia and aged 18 or older to register. False information voids your account and any winnings.
Before your first withdrawal, we will ask for proof of identity and address. This step protects you and meets legal requirements. Deposits are processed quickly, but withdrawals may take a few days depending on your bank or payment method.
Bonuses come with terms. These include wagering requirements (how many times you must bet the bonus amount), eligible games, expiry dates, and caps on how much you can cash out from bonus funds. Trying to exploit bonus terms, such as opening multiple accounts or colluding with others, will result in forfeited offers and possible account closure.
Inactive accounts with a balance may be charged a small monthly fee after 12 months of no login or activity. We will notify you before this starts.
Cheating, using bots, colluding with other players or disputing legitimate transactions through chargebacks breaches our rules and may lead to permanent exclusion.
If you have a complaint, contact our support team first. If we cannot resolve it, you have the right to escalate the matter to your state or territory gaming regulator.
We may update our terms. When we do, we will post the revised version on our website and notify active users by email.
